Magdalena, qui es-tu ?
Je m’appelle Magdalena, j’ai 43 ans, je vis avec mon mari Max, nos deux enfants et notre chat Jack dans un petit village de pêcheur du sud de la Suède où j’ai passé une grande partie de mon enfance.
J’ai travaillé pendant plusieurs années dans le monde de la mode. À l'arrivée de mes enfants, j’ai décidé de devenir professeur. Depuis peu, j'étudie la photographie.
Avant d'emménager dans notre village, j’ai vécu à Barcelone, Madrid et Londres et quelques années à Stockholm. J’adore notre village, la nature est si présente. Je suis une lève tôt, j’aime profiter de ce moment seule où je peux écrire et boire un café sans être déranger.
Peux-tu nous en dire plus sur ton univers ?
J’ai un style plutôt simple, j’utilise beaucoup de matières naturelles comme le lin ou le bois. J’adapte ma décoration en fonction des saisons. En ce moment, je ressors les tapis et les plaids. J’aime aussi prendre ce que la nature a créé. Mes enfants reviennent souvent à la maison avec des pierres, des branches et cela devient de magnifiques détails chez nous. La lumière est très importante pour moi, nous avons beaucoup de fenêtres. Notre sol est peint en blanc afin de faire ressortir la lumière.
Comment as-tu meublé ton intérieur ?
Je change souvent nos meubles de place. J’aime le changement. Nous avons un style de décoration assez simple. On adore la céramique. Les luminaires sont importants, je suis persuadée que cela fait tout dans un intérieur. Tout près de notre cheminée, nous avons une grande table pour accueillir tout le monde.
Tes 3 marques de déco ?
Il y en pas mal mais j’adore Kinetic Levi qui rend mon intérieur paisible. J’adore Flos et The Shop Atelier Hop. Et pour finir, la boutique Artilleriet à Gothenburg.
Tes endroits préférés ?
La plage et les coffee shops. Tous les vendredis, avec quelques amis on va se balader et prendre un petit déjeuner chez Cafe Veras dans notre village. Parfait pour commencer la journée.

Que fais-tu pour te détendre ?
Marcher le long de la plage. Allumer une bougie, boire un thé, lire un magasine et tout simplement être avec ma famille ou mes amis.
Magdalena, who are you? I am a creative person who loves to photograph, I see the beauty in the little things. I am a positive person and a mother of two children. I am 43 years old and live with my husband Max, our children and our cat Jack in Southern Sweden. We live in a small village by the sea. I worked for many years with fashion but when I got children I graduated as a teacher and I have been working as a teacher for many years. At the moment I am studying photography. Before we moved to this village, I lived in Barcelona, Madrid and London for some years and a couple of years in Stockholm. I love living in this village, I grew up here myself as a child . Here is beautiful nature, we live close to my parents and we are lucky to have wonderful friends here. I am a morning person and I like to go up before everyone in the family wakes up to write and drink my coffee.
Can you tell us more about your style in decoration? My style is simple and we use a lot of natural materials such as linen curtains and different types of wood. I adapt our home according to the season. Now for example I want to bring in our rugs and blankets. We also pick what nature has and create wreaths and bouquets. My children come home with shells, stones and branches that become beautiful details in our home. The colors are consistent throughout our home. The light is important to me and we have a lot of windows that make our home light and our floor is painted white.
How have you furnished your home? I often change places on our furniture at home, I like changes and the room or corner becomes new. We have a simple style. I love beautiful ceramics. Lamps are important to me and I think lamps do so much in a home. By our fire we have a large table where many people can sit and we have a large sofa every one can sit in.
Your 3 favorite decoration brands? They are many but to mention some I really like the hanging mobile in our home it is from Kinetic Levi and it gives my home peace. Lighting is important to me I like Flos lamps. The shop Atelier hop have so many beautiful things, I bought a wreath there that I like a lot. I like the Artilleriet store in Gothenburg.
Your favorite spot(s)? The beach and I really like coffee shops. Every friday we are some friends who go for a walk and eat breakfast at the cafe Veras that is located in our village. The perfect start to the day.

What do you do to relax? Take a walk by the sea. Light a candle, drink tea, read a magazine and just be with my family or friends.
